Brno Beer Experience offers guided walking beer tours in Brno, Czech Republic, operated by Noam Hausmann (IČO 29540461). Tours last approximately 2–2.5 hours and include visits to 4 pubs with one beer included at each stop. Tours are conducted in the language selected at the time of booking.
Bookings are made through our online calendar (Cal.com) and payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are per person, stated in EUR, and include all applicable taxes and the beers at all four stops.
Under Article 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. By booking a tour for a specific date, you acknowledge that this exemption applies and that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. In cases of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full reschedule or refund. To cancel, contact us at brnobeer@gmail.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age upon request, without entitlement to a refund.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, aggressive, or endangers themselves or others. Participants are expected to drink responsibly.
Brno Beer Experience is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour, except where caused by our own negligence. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate and for consuming alcohol responsibly.
Tours run in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that make the tour impossible to run safely, we will contact participants and offer a full refund or reschedule.
Complaints may be submitted to brnobeer@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) at www.coi.cz.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
